Supervisor will transport, train, and supervise a small disabled workforce providing cleaning/janitorial, production, or other duties at several locations in Schenectady County.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma
Related experience in manufacturing in an industrial setting and as well as housekeeping/janitorial services.
Current N.Y. S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and supervise workers at community-based group placement sites
Prepare and submit documentation to include, but not limited to:
Weekly schedule of workers
Bi-weekly tracking sheets
Weekly worker timesheets
Daily room checklist
Assist agency vocational evaluator in determining each worker’s pay rate (quality and quantity of work)
Perform Production/housekeeping tasks and other duties as described in contract, to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow established safety guidelines for lifting, bending, etc. Serve as a role model for safety in the workplace
Participate in agency trainings and meetings as arranged by supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned
Transport workers to and from work sites as required
