Requires: BA/BS or AAS preferred, H.S. Diploma required Responsibilities: Provide instructional and care services to developmentally disabled adults in a class room environment Mon-Fri. Classroom staff will develop and implement goals and activities to assist our consumers with areas such as personal hygiene, recreation, socialization skills, behavior modification, sensory stimulation, and arts and crafts. |
Requires: H.S. diploma, 1 yr related experience working with the disabled and valid NYS driver's license. Responsibilities: Assist in the supervision of a Schenectady based group home. Provide staff supervisions, training and direct care to consumers. |

Awake/Asleep Overnight Counselors |
Requires: H.S. diploma and valid NYS driver's license required. Responsibilities: Provide care, counseling and supervision to disabled adults between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am. |
Requires: H.S. diploma, 2 to 3 yrs related experience working with the disabled and valid NYS driver's license and 1 year of supervisory experience. Responsibilities: Provide direct oversight to staff and consumers at one residential home.
Additional Responsibilities: Daily supervision and training of all house staff, provide direct care to consumers, financial management of household and consumer monies and implementation of all OMRDD and agency guidelines. |
